How much we would like to allow everyone to participate in our new age laser tag experience, we cannot.

Players must be a minimum of 110 centimeters / 3.6 feet tall to participate in the Tactical Laser Tag experience. Players must be able to hold, carry and operate the Tactical Laser Tag equipment without assistance.

We may allow younger players to participate in our experience, if they can operate our equipment without assistance.

Tactical Laser Tag is almost like playing paintball, without projectiles (there is nothing that shoots out of our taggers that can harm anyone). Tactical Laser Tag requires much more skills than the old-school experience. Our equipment is heavier and we find younger players struggle using our equipment.

There is a $100.00 non-refundable booking deposit due that goes towards the total balance amount. This booking deposit must be paid when a Birthday Party reservation is made. The remaining balance is due the day of your event and it can be paid in person by debit, credit, cash (exact amount) or email transfer. Please review the invoice body text as it has important information for you, like how to access the attached Birthday Invitations for our venue and the preparation guide.

Spread the reservation fees up to four interest-free payments over six weeks. There is a $19.99+tax fee to use our Afterpay option.

No deposit is required when using Afterpay, as it is included in the payment plan. 

There is a 14-day cancellation policy for all Party Reservations. Battle City operates Rain or Shine. In the event of poor weather our team will monitor the weather radar and if there is inclement weather that creates elements of risk to the players (lightning, hail, severe wind, etc.) during your specific reservation time our team will contact you to discuss options of rescheduling. Our team will let you know if there are concerns of inclement weather. In the event of rain we suggest players bring an extra clothing if needed. Our Party Area is covered. Please review the Terms & Conditions attached to the invoice for further information about our cancellation policy.

Birthday Battle Packages come with all tableware (plates, napkins, cups, forks, etc). The only thing you will need to bring is the dessert and we recommend cupcakes as our venue is outdoors. All players must wear proper footwear (sandles, flip-flops, high-heels, etc. are not allowed and guests will not be permitted to participate in games without proper footwear).

Please do not arrive early. Please have your guests arrive for the reservation start time. Please do not schedule them to arrive early, as this can overfill our parking lot and make it difficult for other guest to leave our venue. Our parking lot is designed for up to 8 vehicles (including your guests and other customers). We've already planned a 15-minute downtime at the beginning of your reservation.

We must have a waiver on file for all playing guests and these guests must have proper footwear to participate.

All parties have a 15-minute downtime period at the beginning of the scheduled time, which will allow for late guests to arrive; however, delayed time will cut into the scheduled party time. With our regular package the 2 games will be played back to back followed by the remainder of the party in the picnic area for pizza, cake and presents. Additional games will be played at the end of the event following the party. Changes to the event schedule may be necessary for operational reasons or due to weather. Birthday Party Packages include private games and the picnic area patio. Birthday Party Packages DO NOT INCLUDE private booking of the entire venue including, but not limited to: the game arena, parking lot, washrooms, etc. Public guests will be allowed to participate in public games during a Birthday Party (when the Birthday Party group is not in a game). Birthday Party guests are not permitted to move around the game arena when public games are running.

Your party package includes 6 players depending. You may add up to 14 additional players, for a total of 20 players.

The number of additional guests will be updated at the time of the reservation, so that you are only charged for those that attend the event.

You are also welcome to have up to 5 other guests (non-players) attend your event. We cannot facilitate more than 5 other guests (non-players) during Birthday Parties. If you are inviting more than 5 non-players your reservation should be made as a Private Group Function and not a Birthday Party.
